With the foreign travel over for this year it's back to the UK racing scene.This weekend  at Santa Pod is the next port of call for the team.The car has been back at Altiss for a check over and some new top shocker mounts.The car has needed some spherical bearings for some time to cure the binding of the front struts.Finally we have some movement..!!!! Thanks to Nigel,Steve at Nimbus for the new front springs brought over in record time and Gazmatic for getting my shocks serviced within 3 days!

Hopefully now that the lost power is available again we should be able to put on a good show....

This is the car that put the Red Victor Racing team on the "map"!


From the humble beginnings of RV1, this took the team from just a small UK racing team to a world recognised one. This car was mostly built in a small lock up garage from scratch. Frosty is proud of the fact that this car was a home built effort!

1972 Vauxhall VX4/90 FD. Originally came with a 104hp 2000cc 4 cylinder engine.

The glorious sound of a twin turbo V8 engine.........


0-60mph =1sec
0-153mph = 4.8secs
Standing 1/4 = 7.6secs on pump gas and 315 MT drag radials
standing 1/4 = 7.41and 197.6mph on ET streets and VP Q16 so far.......
top speed = 223mph ,and no bodywork came off.This was done at Bruntingthorpe Sept 2008.That speed attained in a slow 19secs due to excessive wheelspin and coming out of the throttle(which was 1/3 down max)!!.



World pump gas ET record holder on MT 315 radials. 7.67 @190.4mph so far.....

2 x UK Castrol challenge winner 2006/2007

Europe's fastest street car 7.41 @ 197mph
King of Europe winner 2009. King of Europe speed and ET record holder 7.81 @ 188mph.

News just in via text from Frosty...

"We drove 800km today, but got held up in traffic. We're staying in a hotel in cottbus in the old East Germany. It's... different....  Up early to drive another 350km to the track.  It's a long way!"

More news as I recieve it!
